This package includes:
- 1 lb. Tenderloin Steak
- 2 lbs. Ribeye Steak
- 2 lbs. Top Sirloin Steak
- 2 lbs. New York Strip Steak
- 1 Flank Steak
- 1 Flat Iron Steak
- 1 Flap Steak (Bavette)
- 3 lbs. Rump Roast
- 3 lbs. Sirloin Tip Roast
- 2 lbs. Chuck Roast
- 12 lbs. Ground Beef
- 7 lbs. Stew Meat, Osso Buco, Brisket, Short Ribs or Tri-Tip (Depending on availability. (If these cuts are out of stock, we will add a little of everything else to make up the weight).

- Pre-cut to our most popular portion specifications.
- Frozen and sealed in cryovaced easy-open packages.
- Each cut is individually packaged and labeled with cut name.
- Entire order is boxed for easy transportation.
- 1.5 cubic ft. of freezer space needed.

The Sampler Package is a little of everything; Steak, Ground, Roast, Stew and some Miscellaneous and very tasty cuts! This is a great package to order if you're thinking of purchasing in bulk in the near future but would rather sample a bit before doing so.
